What is the MOQ for small-batch manufacturing?+
MOQ is based on our minimum batch size of 130kg. The minimum unit count varies by product volume — for a 100ml product, the MOQ is 1,200ea.
How long does product development take?+
Once we receive your development brief, 30 days is enough to reach final product confirmation.
Can you manufacture cosmetics for export?+
Yes — we manufacture a wide range of export products. Regulations differ by country, so share your target market in advance and we develop to its requirements.
Is there a cost for samples?+
Samples are free, with 100ml provided per product by default. Ask separately if you need more.
How is the quotation determined?+
It depends on order quantity, formulation specs, packaging components, and packing specifications. A precise quote is calculated once final specs are confirmed.
Can we supply our own packaging components?+
Yes. Procure your components directly and have them delivered to HBMIC for production.
Do you offer turnkey design?+
We handle design based on your concept, with up to three free revision rounds.
Do we need a benchmark product?+
Not necessarily — but having one shortens development time and improves satisfaction with the final product.
Can we request multiple products at once?+
